[Angelic Reiki Level One Program – Terms of Purchase (2026)]

1. Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Client”) and Lark Wellness, operated by Victoria Lark (“Company”).

By purchasing and participating in the Angelic Reiki Level One Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Program Overview

The Company agrees to provide access to the Angelic Reiki Level One Program. The Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this Agreement as a condition of participation.

3. Program Structure

The Program includes:

  • Access to a 3-month structured curriculum
  • Fortnightly live Masterclasses (recorded and available for replay)
  • Access to the private online community (e.g., Facebook group) for the duration of your membership
  • Access to the Company’s online portal, including videos, worksheets, resources, and templates
  • Participation in scheduled workshops and group mentoring sessions

Access to Program materials is granted upon successful registration and payment.

4. Payment Terms

Full Payment Option:

  • $999 AUD (inclusive of GST for Australian residents)

Payment Plan Option:

  • 3 monthly payments of $399 AUD
  • Total: $1,197 AUD

By selecting a payment plan, the Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments.

If payments are missed:

  • Access to the Program may be suspended until payments are brought up to date
  • The Client remains responsible for the full Program fee

No pauses or extensions are permitted unless approved in writing by the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the Program are the intellectual property of Lark Wellness.

  • The Client is granted a single-user, non-transferable license
  • Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Company.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital and educational programs, no refunds are provided for change of mind.

However, nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Program access is non-transferable.

7. Client Responsibility

The Client acknowledges that:

  • The Program is for educational and personal development purposes only
  • Results are not guaranteed and will vary between individuals
  • The Client is solely responsible for their own progress, decisions, and outcomes

Participation in the Program involves personal responsibility and inherent risk, including but not limited to financial or business decisions made as a result of the Program.

8. Coaching & Healing Disclaimer

The Program includes group mentoring and may include personalized sessions.

The Client acknowledges that:

  • Coaching and energy healing services are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services
  • The Program is not a substitute for professional healthcare or mental health support
  • All decisions and actions taken are the responsibility of the Client

Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

9. Attendance

Clients are encouraged to attend all live sessions, workshops, and Masterclasses to receive maximum benefit.

  • All sessions are recorded and made available for replay
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance
  • Questions for support should be submitted in advance where possible

10. Program Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify:

  • Program content
  • Schedule
  • Delivery format

Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Recording & Media Release

Live sessions may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes.

By participating, the Client consents to being recorded. This may include:

  • Video and audio recordings
  • Testimonials
  • Written or visual content

If the Client does not wish to be included in promotional materials, they may notify the Company in writing.

The Company retains full rights to all recordings and materials created.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s participation without refund if the Client:

  • Is disruptive or abusive
  • Violates these Terms
  • Engages in behavior that negatively impacts other participants

In such cases, the Client remains responsible for the full Program fee.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Any amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Angelic Reiki Level One Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.
